2. How to send a copyright complaint

If you believe material on Books N Dreams infringes your copyright, send a written notice to softmotic@gmail.com with enough information for us to identify and review the issue.

Your notice should include:

Books N Dreams aims to use AI-generated or AI-assisted images and original editorial visuals instead of copying images from Amazon, marketplaces, publishers or retailers. Any visual reference to books, reading categories or literary themes is intended for editorial presentation and user navigation.

If a publisher, author, marketplace, brand or rights holder believes an image, title reference, cover reference, excerpt, metadata item or other material should be removed or modified, they should contact us with the exact URL and legal basis for the request.

4. Review and action process

After receiving a sufficiently complete notice, Books N Dreams may remove, disable, edit or investigate the material at issue. We may also request clarification if the complaint is incomplete, unclear, abusive or does not identify the allegedly infringing content.

Submitting a complaint does not automatically prove infringement. Books N Dreams reserves the right to reject abusive, fraudulent, incomplete or bad-faith notices.

5. Counter-notices

If material was removed by mistake or misidentification, the affected party may send a counter-notice to softmotic@gmail.com. The counter-notice should identify the removed material, explain why removal was incorrect and include contact information sufficient to resolve the matter.

6. Protection of Books N Dreams content

Unless otherwise stated, the original text, page structure, guides, editorial organization, AI-assisted visual compositions and site presentation on Books N Dreams are protected by copyright and other applicable rights. Copying, scraping, republishing, spinning, mass-downloading or redistributing Books N Dreams content without authorization is prohibited.

Books N Dreams may submit takedown notices, platform complaints or legal claims against websites or accounts that copy its original content or impersonate the site.
